Roast Turkey Recipe – Jamie Oliver Inspired Style
A classic British Christmas dinner wouldn’t be complete without a roast turkey, typically served with chestnut stuffing, roasted potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and cranberry sauce. In this inspired version, we keep the traditional flavours but simplify the process, making it quicker and easier to prepare. The turkey is seasoned with a combination of classic herbs like sage and rosemary and roasted to perfection. The cranberry sauce is swapped for a more accessible cranberry jam to save time.
